A Referendum on Morals

What does it mean to take the moral action. Do we define it as being right, or just that, that something is more right than something else. Is it absolute or is it broken down, disambiguate. Can we say that something is wrong, without being wrong. Am I somewhat clear on this matter or is it fuzzy. Is there such a thing as clarity or am I unclear, when I say there is none. Morals, a tricky matter.
